Why did you choose FSU?

The opportunities for research, service, and leadership have allowed me to grow personally and professionally while preparing for a future in healthcare. Through Student Government and the Panhellenic community, I’ve developed as a leader and built meaningful connections. FSU’s spirited culture and commitment to student success made it clear this was the place where I could challenge myself, find support, and proudly call home.

What should you know before applying?

My advice is to follow your interests and lean into your passions when choosing a major or getting involved on campus. FSU is the perfect place to explore who you want to become and find the community you want to be part of.

How did Cypress Bay prepare you for FSU?

Through Cypress Bay’s HOSA program, I deepened my passion for science and medicine, which ultimately inspired me to follow the pre-PA track. The rigorous courses at CBHS provided a strong foundation that helped me transition smoothly to FSU.

How has FSU shaped you?

Through coursework, student government, and the Panhellenic community, I’ve built discipline, leadership, and teamwork skills while learning the value of service and inclusivity. Overall, FSU has prepared me for my career and helped me grow into someone who leads with purpose and embraces new opportunities.

What's your favorite thing about FSU?

The incredible sense of spirit and community makes FSU truly special. From the game day traditions to the beautiful campus and the support I’ve found here, FSU feels like so much more than a university, it’s a place that feels like home.
