Portable Ladder Safety Training

The Portable Ladder Safety Program provides training and establishes standard procedures for all Florida State University employees who use portable ladders on the job. The training covers the selection, inspection, maintenance, use and storage of step ladders, straight ladders, extension ladders and variations of portable utility ladders.
