Machine Guarding Safety Awareness Training

Amputation is one of the most severe and crippling types of injuries in the occupational workplace, often resulting in permanent disability. It occurs most often when workers operate unguarded or inadequately guarded machines. This module is designed to elevate Florida State University (FSU) employees' awareness and avoidance of common amputation hazards associated with the operation of the machinery they use on the job.
