Introuction to Food Safety Training


This training is intended for any individual who will use the kitchen at FSU’s Center for Global and Multicultural Engagement (The Globe) to handle, prepare, or serve food.

This training should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

After you have completed the online Introduction to Food Safety Training, you must complete the registration form at the end of the training and click submit to receive credit. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours verifying your course completion. A comment form is provided at the end of the training module. Please take the time to complete the form so we can serve your needs better in the future.
