The Reichelt Program for Oral History, in cooperation with the Institute on World War II and the Human Experience, wants to interview person who served the country in WWII, and persons who supported the war effort in non-military ways.  We are looking for wives, mothers, other family members ... civilians who stayed home and did defense work, coped with rationing, or otherwise contributed to the war effort.  Your stories are vitally important to our knowledge of the past.  Recorded interviews of your wartime experiences are a perfect way to assure that future generations understand what WWII has meant to their way of life.

If you are interested in sharing your memories by being interviewed please click above on the "The Reichelt Program for Oral History."
