Mission StatementThe mission of the Florida Institute for Art Education (FIAE) is to assist educational communities in transforming the content, process and outcomes of their educational programs through a curriculum that places art at the center of an interdisciplinary, multicultural approach to teaching and learning. This will be accomplished through the development, implementation and evaluation of a DBAE instructional, performance-based assessment model that is continually being refined by practitioners.
