Newton Etienne   Network and System Administrator

Newton is the network and system administrator for the SRL.  He also does the programming and coding of the web surveys released by SRL.  While employed here, he is working on obtaining his Master's Degree in Computer Science at Florida State University.  Newton maintains the network configuration and troubleshoots all computer related difficulties.

Currently, he is configuring the network for increased security and efficiency.
