The FSU Survey Research Laboratory created an Access
data base entry system and enters client satisfaction surveys on a monthly
basis for the Department of Children and Families. This is an ongoing
contract.

Florida Recreation
and Park Association 2001 Membership Survey
• Client: Florida Recreation and Park Association
• Data Entry and Computer Analysis provided for returned instruments
• Designed data entry forms and entered data
• 400 membership surveys entered
• Provided client with ACCESS data base, computer analysis
The FSU Survey Research Laboratory created an ACCESS
data base entry system, entered the membership surveys, and provided frequency
and cross tabular reports to the Association.

• Designed ACCESS data entry systems for four user surveys
The FSU Survey Research Laboratory designed model
data entry forms for entering student, parent, teacher, and community
leader surveys given to patrons of the St. Louis Library.
