Florida Governors Manuscript Collections

The Special Collections Department holds several manuscript materials related to the Governors of the State of Florida. Included among these materials are letters, photographs, newspaper clippings, official documents, as well as the personal papers of Governors including Spessard Holland and LeRoy Collins. Not every collection listed below is directly related to the Florida Governors; some contain only references to the Governors or simply mention them very briefly. These cases are still thought to be important enough for the collections to be included here.
