DATA SETS
Hopefully, Coming soon!
I plan on using Web Board an internet conferenceing system as a repository for data sets and information on my completed and ongoing research projects. This system will allow visitors to download data sets and manuscripts, codebooks etc. from my various research projects. I have posted materials from a recent study of the economic development consequences of city/county consolidation to test the system.
To try it out click here. You will need to make up a password the first time you enter. Then go to the first conference which is titled "Dr Feiock's Data Sets."
Each new posting topic is a separate project that includes the abstract(s) from products of that work. The follow up postings will provide full manuscripts(in html and WP formats for now; PDF in the future I hope). Follow up postings also contain the data sets from the project in various forms. Where possible I will provide the data in a spreadsheet as well as a statistics package file (SPSS, LIMDEP, or EVIEWS). Where necessary and available I will also provide codebooks and survey instruments. Please email me and let me know problems you encounter and any suggestions you may have.
