Graduate Admissions Requirements

To gain admission to the graduate program in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration, prospective students must:

• Meet the graduate admission requirements of the Recreation and Leisure Services Administration program. To apply for admissions to the graduate program, a prospective student must:
  • Present transcript evidence of a 3.0 grade point average (based on a 4.0 grading scale) as an upper division undergraduate student, or transcript evidence of a 3.0 grade point average from an earned master's degree program, or a minimum score of 800 with a minimum socre of
    400 on the verbal and 400 on the quantitative portions of the general aptitude test of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE)
  • Submit GRE scores
  • Submit a graduate admissions application form of the Recreation and Leisure Services Administration program
  • Submit 3 recommendation forms
  • Interview with the Graduate Program Coordinator
