Apalachee on Wheels, June 2003
College of Medicine and School of Nursing students enjoyed teaching kids about bicycle safety and the importance of wearing helmets. The City of Tallahassee, Leon County, Leon County Schools, Tallahassee, Police Department, the American Red Cross, and several other organizations participated in this event. The children received new bicycle helmets and had fun creatively painting them with their own designs.
