Healthy Soul Food BBQ, March 2005
COM and SON students helped host a healthy BBQ for Apalachee Ridge Neighborhood residents. Students prepared healthier alternative versions of traditional favorites. SON students took residents blood pressure and blood sugar levels. At the BBQ, the Technology Center's new sign was officially dedicated.
