Admission to any graduate program in special education is based on a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0, on a four point scale, on the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate work, OR a Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score of l,000. Regardless of the GPA however, the applicant must take the GRE before being fully admitted.
We also request that applying individuals submit two letters of reference, and, in some cases, a writing sample. Prospective students are interviewed either on campus, or by telephone.
At the Graduate level, study in any one or in any combination of specializations is possible.
