Welcome to the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps
detachment at FSU. We in the Department of Aerospace Studies provide pre-commissioning education for qualified students
who desire to serve as commissioned officers in the
United States Air Force.
A weekly Leadership Laboratory is also mandatory for all cadets, as well as attending Field Training at an active Air Force base. A minor in Aerospace Studies is offered and may be selected by the student with the approval of the major department and the Department of Aerospace Studies. Requirements for a minor are twelve (12) semester hours. The Department of Aerospace Studies offers the following
