My main philosophical interests lie in the areas of metaphysics and ethics, especially as these relate to the free will problem and various issues in the philosophy of religion and philosophical theology. I am also interested in broadly Aristotelian approaches to ethics. My interests outside of philosophy include: theology, history, literature (Tolkien and Steinbeck are two of my favorite authors), physical fitness and spending time with family and friends, preferably over a good meal, a pint or a cup of tea.
