Description
The Membership Committee recommends policies and strategies for enhancing the membership in PEA both numerically and qualitatively.

Goals
(1) Updating membership database records where necessary,
(2) Collaborating with the executive committee to review the guidelines for recruiting members and establishing dues,
(3) Developing strategies for recruiting new members with particular attention to target audiences—graduate students), and
(4) Developing retention strategies for existing members.

Questions and suggestions
We are currently seeking suggestions for recruitment and retention from PEA members. Additionally, we wish to add two new members to the committee—one graduate student and one faculty member.
