The Drama Club worked very hard to present their play “Big Nose,” during The Night Of The Arts. The performance included three actors: Derek Underwood, Christian Gibbs, and Arturo de la Guardia; and two actress: Monica Martinez, Isabella Ford. The Director was Nicole Beech. The Stage manager was Angie Cruz-Segarra, and the Sound effects coordinator was Louis Manuel Filos.

     The script, which was described as a “6 years old,” was substantially revised by these fine actors and actresses to achieve a more humorous play for the audience. Director Beech claims that this wasn’t an easy task but they were confident that the crowd would like the performance.

     I have witnessed their hard and honest devotion at two daily practices for the past two weeks. Personally, I can also say that the respect, understanding, and team effort among those who worked was evident throughout the performance. Hopefully this effort will serve as an encouragement for those students who would like to join the Drama Club next semester.
