What we have to do is to be forever curiously testing new opinions and courting new impressions. Walter Pater (1839-1894) Fight for your opinions, but do not believe that they contain the whole truth, or the only truth. Charles A. Dana (1819 - 1897)
Welcome to the new edition of The Pananole News. We’re now interactive. The Pananole News has a new mechanism by which our readers can comment on every story. We invite you to tell us what you think of an article, or about other related issues affecting the FSU-Panama campus. Feel free to speak your mind . . . just remember to be polite and courteous. This edition was actually fun to put together. It came together rather effortlessly (which leads us to wonder if we did something wrong. Or perhaps, with experience, The Pananole News staff is getting better at the craft.) In any event, we think we’ve done a nice job, and we hope that you, the readers, agree. Our thanks go to the following FSU-Panama students who made this a fun event: Tania Cárdenas, Tomás García, Melissa Lam, Alicia de León and, as usual, Mónica Mártinez. Special thanks are due to Elysia Beech for her generous work as photographer. And, once again, we applaud the wonderful work of Carla Pinilla, our webmaster. We look forward to reading your comments.
