New FSU-Panama Math Learning Center
by Verónica Maggiori

As of September 8, 2003, FSU-Panama students can count on a new resource for helping them in their math classes. Prof. María Morales has created the Math Learning Center. She now currently runs it with the help of Allan Sánchez, a student. The Center is located in Room 201 of the Library, and students can find help here every weekday.

The hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are from 9:00 am to 10:20 am, and from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm. Additionally, on Wednesdays, help is available from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule for Tuesdays and Thursdays is 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

This Center purpose is to help students with difficulties regarding the material covered in any math classes, from College Algebra through Calculus and Analytical Trigonometry II.
