Helps & Hints for Instructors
-
When making report assignments on Spanish speaking countries, remind
students that there are resources available on this web site under "The
Hispanic World." There they will find links to web sites under each
country's name listed in alphabetical order in Spanish. ("The Hispanic
World" is found on the page titled "Spanish Resources on the Web"/"Recursos
en la Red" which is available through several pages within the Spanish
Division and Basic Spanish Program web sites.)
-
Internet resources on Art, Music, and the Media each
have their own categories on the page titled "Spanish Resources on the
Web"/"Recursos en la Red". This page also contains links to an on-line
dictionary, a verb conjugator, and two currency converters.
-
Students using "Dímelo Tú" 3rd edition may take their student
audio CD to the Language Lab in 104 DIFF to have the CD copied to audio
cassette for use on the Language Lab's equipment. Advantage: students can
record their own voice without recording over the rest of the tape.
