        SPN2160, Spanish for Health Professionals, is a 3-credit course geared toward individuals working or majoring in health-related areas.  The course focuses on the vocabulary needed for the workplace, the grammar to complete the basic skills sequence, and task-based practical skills.  Students will fill out medical forms, read medical brochures, write letters, conduct interviews, etc.  A knowledge of basic Spanish is a prerequisite the course.
