Gray
Dr. Gray comes to academia after a career in journalism. She spent more than a decade as a foreign correspondent for the German Press Agency in various African countries. She received her Ph.D. with distinction in French and Francophone Studies from Florida State University. Her scholarly interest focuses on contemporary social and cultural issues in France and North Africa, especially with regards to women. She has taught for two years at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco. Dr. Gray also teaches in the Women’s Studies Program.
