In regards to her internship opportunity, third semester graduate student Helena Cuperstein writes:
My three month internship was at Citibank-Latin America Training and Development Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I worked on creating two web-based training courses to be delivered to 100 different countries. We had a one week training course on how to use an electronic performance support system called Designer's Edge, which we utilized throughout our designing process.
Lessons learned throughout her internship experience:
- reality constraints
- acknowledging the importance of teamwork in achieving success. It was a very rewarding and fulfilling experience.
