dr. robert morgan Biographical Information![]() The Florida State University Instructional Systems Program within the School of Education was established in 1969 under Dr. Robert Morgan. Dr. Robert M. Morgan is currently Director of the Learning Systems Institute at Florida State University. His interest have focused in the systematic restructuring of large-scale educational programs utilizing systems analytic theories and methodologies and by the appropriate use of technology and creation of the Department's doctoral program in Instructional Systems Design. Upon being appointed Director of the Learning Systems Institute in 1974, Dr. Morgan's responsibilities have been predominantly related to research planning and management. This work involved the reform of the Korean national educational system and in educational improvement projects in a number of other developing countries. More recently he has spent time developing and implementing FSU's Distance Learning initiative. | ||||||||||
