Gray, who, in the course of a distinguished academic career, was instrumental in fashioning the Program in International Affairs at FSU. Through private gifts, these scholarships will build toward an endowment, and once the minimum endowment level of 100,000 is achieved, the endowment may qualify for State of Florida matching funds in the amount of 50,000.
