Request Technology Cart or Computer Support

 
Technology Cart

The department owns one technology cart that can be checked out by instructors for use in the conference room and small seminar room only. The cart cannot be checked out for use outside of the history department, 4th floor Bellamy Building. The technology cart contains a laptop computer, LCD projector, DVD/VCR player and speakers. The laptop computer contains Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet Explorer for Internet access. Please note that the cart must be reserved a minimum of 72 hours in advance (not including weekend or holidays) of the intended use date. 

Computer Support

The History Computing Section strives to assist you with problems you might have with your department-owned office computer. Please note that university rules prohibit us from working on non FSU owned computers and peripherals. We currently do not offer tutorial services on software usage.

In order to obtain service please submit a work request using the link below. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) for an assessment and or repair of problems. All work requests will be processed based in the order received; however emergencies might require higher priority.
