2009-10 Assessment Instruments and Instructions
Surveys
For the past three years, Florida Learn & Serve has worked
with Dr. Tom Marcinkowski at Florida International University to develop,
pilot, revise, and validate service-learning impact surveys for participating
students in grades 4-12. There is a survey for all students in grades 4-12,
focused on Civic Engagement. A second (very short) survey is for middle
and high schools only, and focuses on Achievement Motivation.
