What is the Student Advisory Council?

Student Advisory Council (SAC) is a student organization composed of Higher Education students that meets on a regular basis to provide students a way to stay abreast of important events within the department. SAC is also responsible for special events during the year, including new student orientation, visiting day luncheons, the publication of The Lead, and special Professional Development seminars.

Soon you will be electing a first year master's representative and a doctoral representative who will attend executive council meetings. These positions are very important, as they are your chance for input into the future of our organization and our education. These current students have volunteered to answer any questions you may have.
