7/28/99 Prepare typed compilation of training needs and distribute to Council members

7/30/99 Compile constituency networks from Council members (diagrams sent by fax - 850-644-1595 - to FSU team)

7/30/99 Prepare draft version of needs assessment survey and send to Council members

8/6/99 Feedback on survey design from Council members forwarded to FSU team

8/24/99 FSU team send out final version of survey to Council members for distribution

9/8/99 Completed surveys returned to FSU team for compilation and analysis

9/20/99 Survey data results disseminated to Council members
