Possible Areas on the Assignment of Responsibilities:
- Teaching (courses taught, summary data from SPOT evaluations, graduate students who received degrees under faculty member’s direction, graduate students whose work faculty member directed but did not receive degrees, service on graduate students supervisory committees, academic advising, etc.)
- Research and other creative activity (published books, articles and papers in professional journals, papers presented at meetings of professional societies, colloquia or individual talks, oversight of research projects, contract and grant funding, etc.)
- Service (administrative responsibilities, departmental, college, university, SUS committees, councils and senates, service in appropriate professional organizations, local, state, and national governmental boards, agencies and commissions, honors and/or awards received, service to public schools including judging debates, science/history fairs, commencement addresses, etc.)
- Other (responsibilities other than teaching, research/creative activity, and service)
