In Memoriam Deborah Lynn Herzog Deborah Lynn Herzog, 45, administrative assistant to the dean of the faculties and deputy provost at Florida State University, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2007, at her home with her family at her side. She is survived by her husband of five years, Gary Williams. The memorial service will be 11 a.m. EST Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church, 2919 Miccosukee Road. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EST Friday at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Timberlane Road Chapel (850-893-4177). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Debbie Herzog Memorial Endowment for TMH Cancer Center, 1331 E. Sixth Ave., Tallahassee, FL 32303. She was formerly of Tampa and made Tallahassee her home 12 years ago. She will be remembered as a loving wife, sister and daughter and loyal friend to many. Other survivors include her parents, Patricia and Louis Herzog; a sister, Liz Feagans (and husband Bucky); two nieces, Susan Hoke and Kristin Hoke; her mother-in-law, Connie Williams; and two sisters-in-law, Julie Carlson and Shelly Peters. She was preceded in death in 1982 by her sister, Susan Herzog.
