Degree in Three: Required Forms

In order to become a participant in the Degree in Three Program, students must attend one of the Degree in Three meetings scheduled at the beginning of the Fall Term, meet with the Degree in Three departmental advisor, and have the following forms completed and approved. You must submit them to the Degree in Three Office (A3500 University Center).
