The DOE will provide training and technical assistance to Florida's school districts and school level staff in order to implement PB2 concepts and requirements.

The Center for the Study of Teaching and Learning will assist in facilitating the implementation of PB2 in Florida's school districts and the 3000+ schools in the state, by providing them with the orientation and training that they will need to be full participants in the process.

The Center for the Study of Teaching and Learning will:

Develop three specific training initiatives.  These training initiatives will include:

An AWARENESS phase

A KNOWLEDGE phase and

A SKILL DEVELOPMENT and APPLICATION phase

Develop and test PB2 orientation and training materials,
Develop a blueprint for conducting statewide  PB2 orientation and training,
Train a statewide group of PB2 trainers and team leaders
  Organize a statewide PB2 information-communication system, and
Organize ongoing technical assistance for PB2 trainers, team leaders, and other target
  population individuals and groups.
