1994 - Present Professor of Counseling Psychology and School Psychology, College of Edu-
cation. Program Coordinator of Psychological Services in Education. Teach courses in personality assessment, research methods in counseling, organizational consultation and development, and doctoral practicum in FSU Career Center. Chair/serve on department, college, and university committees. Conduct program of research in evaluation of statewide educational initiatives and career problem solving and decision making.

Functions include test development, program evaluation, curriculum development, and assessment of human performance.
