Planetizen, one of the leading Planning-related Internet websites, has again ranked FSU's Department of Urban & Regional Planning master's program as one of the nation's top graduate urban planning programs.

Two recent College of Social Sciences graduates, Walter Dix ('08) and Dorian Scott ('07), and College of Social Sciences senior Ricardo Chambers are among the athletes competing at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.

Walter Dix will be competing in the 100m & 200m sprints, Dorian Scott will be competing in the shot put, and Ricardo Chambers will be competing in the 400m sprint.
