Christopher Pfaff (Ph.D. Institute of Fine Arts of New York University) specializes in the study of Greek art and architecture. He is the author of The Argive Heraion, I: The Architecture of the Classical Temple of Hera (Princeton: American School of Classical Studies at Athens, 2003), and he has written several articles on the Archaic architecture and the Early Iron Age finds of Corinth. His current projects include mapping the architectural remains of the Argive Heraion and preparing a monograph (jointly authored with Carol Lawton) on the architectural sculpture of the Classical Temple of Hera at the Argive Heraion. Dr. Pfaff is a member of the Managing Committee of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens and the president of the Tallahassee Society of the Archaeological Institute of America. He serves as the Supervisor of Graduate Teaching Assistants for the Department of Classics.
