| Sara Watkins (B.A. in Classics and English from the University of Alabama) entered FSU's program in 2005 and is working on
a Ph.D. in Classics. Her current interests lie in Greek and Latin
poetry and religion as well as women in antiquity. In 2006, she
presented a paper at the FSU Graduate Symposium entitled, "The Mouth of
the Womb: Hippocratic Medicine and the Female Voice." Outside of
Classics, she is interested in Shakespeare and Victorian Literature. |
