| Thomas R. Henderson II (BA in Philosophy, University of Alabama in Huntsville; MA in Classics, FSU) specializes in Greek history and historiography, Greek topography and epigraphy. He has taught courses on Roman Civilization, Greek and Roman Civilization, Ancient and Medieval Times, Classical Mythology and the introductory Latin sequence at FSU. In the spring of 2003, Tom won an FSU Outstanding Teaching Award. In the summer of 2002 and 2003, he taught the Art and Archaeology of Ancient Greece for the Florida State University International Program in Chalkidike, Greece. In 2004-5, Tom was a Regular Member of the American School for Classical Studies in Athens (Lucy Shoe Merritt Fellow) and in the summer of 2005 he
was a fellow at the Center for Hellenic Studies in Washington, D.C. where he studied Greek epigraphy. |
