1. $75.00 Application Fee paid with an international bank money order or U.S. bank check made payable to Florida State University. If you wish to use a credit card, please e-mail: pgary@admin.fsu.edu for more information.
2. Copy of high school or university diploma. This does not have to be translated!
3. Financial statement from the bank of the person responsible for your support. (CIES will accept a bank statement or a letter from the financial institute showing at least $6,600 present in the bank account).
4. If you would like us to send your I-20 and documents by express mail, please include an extra $35.00. You must supply a telephone number and e-mail to ship by express mail!
