FSU Exhibition Spaces

The Florida State University’s Art Department leads in the community by offering a regular cycle of art experiences.  The venues we provide are dedicated to promoting and presenting contemporary art as a tool and a catalyst for education. They underscore our commitment to maintaining a creative atmosphere conducive to experimentation, innovation, scholarship and critical inquiry.

Two of our impressive exhibition spaces are located at the Railroad Square Art Park, the visual arts hub of Tallahassee, Florida. On the first Friday of every month, the Railroad Square Art Park enjoys thousands of visitors, providing our students with significant local public exposure of their creative efforts through this unique partnership.

Both of these spaces provide our students with experience in creating, installing and presenting professional exhibitions to the public.

The Museum of Fine Arts (MOFA) is an unparalleled resource within the College, offering unique experiences ranging from world class traveling exhibitions to shows highlighting department faculty, exhibitions curated by faculty and museum staff, student thesis exhibits, and local and regional artist exhibitions. We invite you to join us at these events.
