The Florida State University Anthropological Society is a student organization composed of undergraduate and graduate students. The society functions in a variety of ways: to promote departmental and organizational integration and solidarity, to connect students to the anthropological community, to promote student attendance at professional meetings, to provide events of interest for both grad and undergrad students, to provide a relaxed forum for graduate publications, to increase cultural appreciation on both local and global scales and to represent student concerns within the department.
