International Linkage Institutes

There are no university sponsored scholarships, grants, loans, or fellowships offered by Florida State University for international students. However, Undergraduate and graduate applicants may apply for exemption of the out-of-state portion of tuition through one of the many linkage institutes established between the State of Florida and selected countries. To apply for an out-of-state fee exemption, contact the Linkage Institute director for the country in which you reside. You do not need to be planning to attend the institution where the Linkage Institute office is located.
