Q: Do I have to live on campus?

No, but it is highly recommended - at least for the first year. Freshmen can live off campus if they choose.

Q: How do I apply for housing?

Admitted freshman may apply for housing through the housing website.

Q: Do you guarantee on-campus housing?

No. Since housing accomodations are limited, it is essential that students apply for housing as soon as possible.

Q: What other housing options are there?

Apartments, condos, rental houses, fraternity and sorority houses, private dorms, scholarship houses - You have virtually unlimited options.

Q: Do you require on-campus students to purchase a meal plan?

All students who reside in renovated residence halls on the East side of campus are required to purchase a meal plan membership. The affected halls and living-learning communities are as follows: Broward, Bryan, Cawthon, Gilchrist, Jennie Murphree, Landis and Reynolds.

Q: Can students not living on campus get a meal plan?

Yes. Anyone interested in purchasing an on-campus meal plan should check out Seminole Dining or call 850.644.3663.
