McDonald Campbell (B.A., M.A. '52) was named Citizen of the Year of the city of Laurel Hill, Fla.
1939
Dr. Valerie V. Hunt (B.S.) is included in the 18th edition of Marquis Who's Who in the World 2001, a biographical reference of achievers and contributors.
1952
Tom Cumbie Jr. (B.S.) is vice president of the TCC Found-ation.
1955
Thomas C. Cundy (B.S.), CEO of Cundy Insurance Company, received the 2000 Horatio Alger Award.
1957
Edgar B. Wycoff III (B.S., Ph.D. '74), a professor at the University of Central Florida, won the Board of Regents' "Distinguished Community Service Award" and the University of Central Florida's "Excellence in Professional Service Award."
1961
Roger C. Smith Sr. (B.S.) is treasurer of the TCC Foundation and owner of Prime Credit Corporation.
1964
Andy Haggard (B.S.) has been named chairman of the state chairs' committee of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Dr. Anne Sanchez Roberts (B.A.) is on the board of directors of the American College of Occupational and Environ-mental Med-icine, an international medical society of 7,000 occupational medicine physicians.
1965
Richard W. Schwerdt (B.S., M.S. '68), deputy chief of Meteorological Services Division, National Weather Service in Kansas City, Mo., received the 1999 GEICO Public Service Award for work in physical rehabilitation.
Charles E. Stephens (B.S.) is retired after 21 years with American Express Technologies in Ft. Lauderdale.
Edward W. Von Leffern (B.A.) is vice-president, international banking officer, of East West Bancorp.
Erdman "Skip" West III (B.M.) has composed and performs 12 multinational songs. He also started Skip West Music.

Lt. Col. Joseph H. "Mako Joe" Dunaway III (B.S.) is an F-16 pilot in the 93rd Fighter Squadron, U.S. Air Force Reserve Base, Homestead, Fla.
Brenda Jean Rivers Meyer (B.A.) is owner of Corporate Travel and Trax World Tours, in Denver, Colo., and Sausalito, Calif. She was featured in the May issue of Working Woman Magazine.

Greg Breitenbeck (B.A.) has joined the California-based Aero Union Corporation as director of marketing.
