Beverly F. White (B.A., M.S. '73) was reappointed by President Clinton to the advisory committee of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

Gene McDowell (B.S.) was named the first coach of Tallahassee's indoor football franchise.

1964
Andy Haggard (B.A.), a partner in the Coral Gables plaintiffs' civil trial law firm Haggard & Parks P.A., is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to trial lawyers who have won verdicts, awards and settlements of more than $1 million.
Annette Hannon Lee (B.A. M.F.A. '73) is the new director of public relations at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Ga.

James L. Roberts (B.S.) is vice president, finance and administration, for Haemacure Corporation, in Montreal.
Terry J. Russell (J.D.) is a Ft. Lauderdale attorney and president-elect of The Florida Bar Foundation.

1969
Hansel E. Tookes II (B.S.) is president and CEO of Raytheon Aircraft.
J. Douglas Helms (M.A., Ph.D. '77) is president of the Agricultural History Society. He is a historian with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, DC.
Frank A. Kreidler (B.S., J.D. '73) announced that the Palm Beach County Seminole Booster Club won the 14th Annual Blood Bank Competit-ion sponsored by the South Florida Blood Banks. This is the ninth successive year that the Seminoles have donated more blood than the Gators.
W. Christian Sizemore (M.A., Ph.D. '72) president of Jewell College in Liberty, Mo., since 1994, has been named chancellor of the College.

Dr. Kim M. Doxey (B.S., M.S. '73, M.S. '76) owns Dolly's Expresso Cafe in Havana, and he and his wife now own the Florida Art Center and Gallery.
Timothy D. Harley (B.S., J.D. '76) was appointed County Judge in Leon County. Harley was a prosecutor for 15 years.
Bryan S. Norcross (B.S., M.S. '80) is expert advisor to the Academic Task Force on Hurricane Catastrophe In-surance.
Cmdr. William D. Sullivan (B.S.) is Rear Admiral in the U.S. Navy and commander of all U.S. Navy forces in Korea.

Howard A. Kusnick (B.S.) an attorney, has been re-elected to the board of directors and elected to the executive committee of the Broward Alliance.

1975
Cmdr. Michael J. Barea (B.S.) assumed command of Tactical Air Control Squadron Twenty One.

Philippe C. Jeck (B.S.) of Jeck, Harris & Jones LLP has been appointed to the School Readiness Coalition of Palm Beach County Board of Directors.
Peter D. Jones (B.S.) is president of Franklin Templeton Distri-butors, overseeing the sales division.
Thomas P. McNulty (B.S., M.S., '79) and wife Nancy Fajen McNulty (B.S.) are president and executive vice president of Success Stories Inc., a management and marketing consulting firm in Orchard Park, N.Y.

Karen Dobson Bonnell (B.M.E.) is church music/choir director at the Unity Church in Naples, Fla. She has released her third recording of inspirational music.

Dr. David M. McCullough (M.M.) is director of bands at Campbellsville University and conductor of the 2000 Kentucky Baptist Youth Orch-estra.
Juan C. Pastor (B.S.) is general manager of Progreso, which administers pension and investment funds in Panama.

William O. Monroe (B.S.) was named auditor general by the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee.
Cheryl "Tootie" Rivera (A.A.) is the development director at a private school in Chantilly, Va.
Vincent G. Torpy Jr. (J.D.) was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, which serves Brevard and Seminole counties.

Dana Zook Callen (Ph.D.) is a school administrator serving her principal internship at Godby High School.
Timothy S. Fordyce (B.S.) is vice president, production, Video Communications Southeast in Tallahassee.
William D. "Dod" Walker Jr. (B.S., M.S. '88) of Crawfordville was named school principal for the new middle school being built in Wakulla County.

Lt. j.g. Robert F. Rulof (B.S.) is on a six-month deployment to the Mediterranean Sea and Arabian Gulf on the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy. Rulof also helped in a rescue at sea during Hurricane Floyd.
