RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the experiences and contributions of our World War II Veterans need to be preserved and remembered;

AND as there are few, if any, institutes or museums that have as their primary purpose to preserve the legacy of the World War II and the Human Experience has been established at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, for this unique purpose;

AND with the Institute actively collecting, cataloging and preserving the artifacts, official histories and personal accounts of those veterans who served from 1941 to 1941.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Florida Veterans of Foreign Wars membership supports and endorses this effort and the Institute on World War II and the Human Experience as an excellent means to tell future generations of Americans about the important contributions made by these American servicemen.
