Sport Management International Program

Each summer various faculty members accompany a group of students to Europe for the Global Sport Management program, offered through FSU International Programs. They spent 4-5 days in Paris, France and four weeks in London, England. While learning about the world of international sport they have a chance to enjoy many sporting events and visit historic sport venues, along with the many other attractions in the region. Among the sport venues visited are the Stade de France, Roland Garros tennis stadium, Palais Omnisports, Paris St. Germaine, Arsenal, and Chelsea Soccer stadiums, Wimbledon, and Lord's Cricket Ground. Among the sport executive offices visited were NFL Europe, HOK Sport, and London 2012. They also experience many cultural events and venues such as La Sorbonne, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur Cathedrals, Musee D'Orsay, the Louvre Museum, the British Museum, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and many others. The sporting events attended are Wimbledon, the British Open and the final day of the Tour De France. These courses are also open to non-FSU students.
