The Office of Minority Affairs...

1. Represents the academic interests of minority students at all levels of the College of Education.
2. Acts as a liaison to referral systems for academic counseling, career planning, and financial aid assistance.
3. Initiates College of Education faculty and staff participation in minority programs by assisting with the development of departmental minority programs initiatives.
4. Provides a communication network for dissemination of information to minority students.
5. Supplies informational links for undergraduate and graduate scholarships, fellowships, assistantships within the College of Education.
6. Maintains active participation with the appropriate College of Education departments.
