Evaluation and Research
Gathering and interpreting data applicable to various aspects of improving human
performance for the purpose of making management and instructional decisions.
- Assesses and synthesizes data from a variety of sources and draws logical
conclusions from available information.
- Selects, develops and uses methodologies, basic statistical tools and data collection
techniques for evaluation and formal inquiry (research).
- Conducts formative evaluations of products, processes, and performances.
- Gathers and draws inferences from various information sources by identifying and
using reference tools, information services and resource specialists.
- Assesses and applies findings from published research.
- Disseminates findings from research and evaluations.
- Designs, develops, applies and implements appropriate assessments of human
performance and organizational results.

Develops evaluation plans for the program/project based on stated goals and
recognized standards.
